Market Harborough WI logo

The Market Harborough Women’s Institute (MHWI) is a vibrant group for women of all ages.   Formed in September 2011 by founder President, Hazel, it now has over sixty members and continues to grow. The Group comes under the Leicestershire & Rutland Federation of WIs, which in turn is part of the National Federation of Women’s Institutes. We are also staying in touch with our neighbouring WI groups through the Welland  Valley Group of WIs.

The MHWI group meets at 7.30 pm on the fourth Wednesday every month (except July) at the Church Hall of the Church of Our Lady of Victories in Fairfield Road, Market Harborough, LE16 9QQ. Car parking is available behind the church. Meetings usually conclude around 9.30 pm.

Each year the committee puts together a program of  talks and activities for the monthly meetings. In addition there are optional social events to which members can sign up. Click here for more information on the 2023 monthly program and details of the social calendar for the coming months.

And apart from the above we also have a number of special interest clubs members can join. Please click here for more information about our clubs.
