Our committee have put together a full programme for the monthly meetings with an exciting mix of informative, crafting and entertainment sessions. Here is what is planned for the year 2025/2026:

Canine Partners with Jane BennettHear how the lives of disabled people are transformed by assistance dogs

Drone Photography with Terry Eato A practical demonstration of a drone and examples of drone photography over Market Harborough

 September 24th

Annual General Meeting – A fun evening with a quiz and a Dutch supper together with your chance to vote, volunteer and make new friends

October 22nd

Life as a Ladies Maid with Jo GolbyDressed in period costume Jo will share tales of life in service

November 26th

Chocolate Demonstration by Hannah’s Sugarcraft – a talk about the origin of chocolate and the tempering process as well as a demonstration to produce a chocolate display for the raffle

December 10th

Christmas Crafting with Clare Farquhar – Get into the spirit with some seasonal crafting (NB – this meeting is earlier in the month due to the Christmas Break!)

January 28th

Managing Stress and Promote Better Sleep with Rebeka Cohen – Clinical Psychotherapist Rebeka will share practical tips on lifestyle improvements and creating positive habits

February 25th

Flower Arranging with Sharon Badger – Bring along a mixed bunch of flowers and learn how to create a beautiful flower arrangement

March 25th

Indian Cookery with Anita from Hobbycooks – A food demonstration of Indian cuisine with tasting opportunities and a chance to pre-order take-away curry, rice and condiments
