At this month’s meeting of the Market Harborough Craft Club the members tried their hand at silk painting with some stunning results:

An image on a piece of silk fabric is outlined with gutta and then coloured in with special paints. The fabric can then be framed or used in a greeting card. Everyone agreed that this was a fun and relaxing craft to try.

Quick reminder: There is no monthly meeting in July as it is our summer break, so hopefully we’ll see a lot of you at the next meeting in August!
