Join Helen Rowe for January’s monthly meeting tomorrow evening, 7.30 pm in the Hall at the Congregational Church, Bowden Lane.

Helen says, ‘My talk does involve some practical elements as it is useful to demonstrate a couple of the laughter exercises.  Everyone can remain in their seats, however, and there aren’t any special requirements for clothing.  It is more of a talk than a laughter yoga class so I won’t need any particular seating arrangement.’
