Helen says, ‘My talk does involve some practical elements as it is useful to demonstrate a couple of the laughter exercises. Everyone can remain in their seats, however, and there aren’t any special requirements for clothing. It is more of a talk than a laughter yoga class so I won’t need any particular seating arrangement.’
