This evening MHWI members were able to relax and laugh with speaker Helen Rowe.  Helen explained what laughter yoga was and how it was derived, before giving everyone a chance to have a go.

She then moved on to explaining why mindfulness is currently so popular in our busy, daily lives, what it is and the opportunity to try a couple of exercises to experience a few moments of peace and tranquillity.
