Sorry for the delay in updating you on the happenings in the afternoon.  It was as emotional as the morning, particularly for me, as I managed to find the courage to stand up and challenge the resolution process!  I will update you at our next meeting.

What I will tell you now is that I have been supported whole-heartedly by members of all ages.  I will continue to urge for change of this process.

The food waste resolution was passed.  Then we had a sing song for the Queen’s birthday.  

The WI is what you make of it, whether this is at local, federation or national level.

5,000 ladies. Rousing Jerusalem. Emotional arguments for and against the resolution about Alzheimer Care.  Resolution voted in.

Arrived at 5pm!  The journey may have been arduous, if it had not been for the friendly and fun Jackie! 

Been geocaching!! Paddling! And now….mussels!

Hurrah!  Coach to Bedford, now on a train direct to Brighton!  May the train gods smile on us!!

WI AGM train trip not going to plan!! Jackie Jones(Little Bowden WI) and I have not yet left Market Harborough!! We live in Market Harborough! Loving WI camaraderie but really could do with some transport and get the Pimms flowing!!
