A reminder to be there by 7 pm this evening (it’s an early start) at the Welland Group of WIs meeting when Charles Hanson of Bargain Hunt will be our guest speaker.
Don’t forget to wear a hat (if you wish). Mad Hatters is the theme. A £1 donation will be requested, proceeds to support Wear a Hat day again which raises money for brain tumour research.
Author, Louise Jensen, will be joining MHWI Book Club members at their next meeting on Monday, 3 April at 7.30 pm at the Angel Hotel. Louise will be discussing her latest book, ‘The Gift’. All MHWI members interested in reading this book and coming along for the evening are warmly welcomed. Let’s make this a great evening.

Tonight the Craft Club is making knitting twiddle muffs/sensory bands. They meet in the Lounge at the Congregational Church in Bowden Lane, 7 to 9 pm. Small charge for room hire and light refreshments available. New members very welcome.
Wednesday 5 April 2017 at 7 pm, £17.50 pp. Includes a little workshop for the ‘Perfect Serve’, a look at gin itself, tasters of local gins and a variety of gorgeous mixers.
