Looking forward to a great day out!

Your help urgently needed with the Christmas raffle

raffle ticket-w500-h500This is one of our major fund raising events for the year.  At the moment we are short of raffle prizes.  We urgently need your help to collect some more donations.  If you know of a local business, or maybe your employer an help, then do speak to them in the next few days.  You can then pass on details of the prize to a Committee Member at the monthly meeting next week, Wednesday 23rd November or email: marketharboroughwi@gmail.com

We are going to print very soon and need to have as many details as possible on the tickets.  Thinking caps on, who do you know who can help us make this another successful event?

It’s Book Club this evening

books-w500-h500We look forward to seeing you this evening at the Book Club in the top lounge in the Angel Hotel, High Street, Market Harborough, 7.30 to 9.30 pm.

We’re currently reading ‘The Reunion of Ghosts’.  You can also bring along a book you’ve read recently that you enjoyed, together with any suggestions for further reading.  Contact: Val Hitchcox and if you have any queries you can email her: marketharboroughwi@gmail.com

Change of plan this evening – it’s Halloween!

pumpkins-w500-h500There’s a change of plans, due to unexpected circumstances.  Tonight we’re celebrating Halloween (instead of the advertised Samba Percussion).  Fun will still abound with quizzes, pumpkins to be carved and prizes to be won!  Come along and please dress up if you’d like.  Any themed raffle donations kindly accepted.  See you at 7.30 pm.

(Apologies for the late notice on the website and any confusion with the post about Samba still going out yesterday – a busy day and just caught up with my laptop – Helen)
