The sun is shining and, hopefully, here to stay for the summer. However, on opening this month’s flyers there’s one on a Christmas Market trip to Chatsworth and an art competition with a closing date of February 2018! - For June’s social, can monies please be brought to Wednesday’s meeting. This will be a fab trip aboard the ‘Vagabond II’ from Foxton to Smeeton Westerby – approx. 2 hr 20mins. Friday 9th June at 7.00pm (PEOPLE MUST GET THERE BY 6.45PM AT THE LATEST). £10 pp (£5 child). Bring a picnic if you’d like! Please see Evanda for any queries

The May meeting of the Book Club will be held tonight at the Angel Hotel, Market Harborough at 7.30 pm. Members will be discussing a biography or autobiography of their own choice. They will then be discussing ‘The Trouble with goats and sheep’ by Joanna Cannon. Joanna will also be speaking at Kibworth Library on 22 June. Tickets £5 from Kibworth Bookshop. New members always welcome.
